Problem:
User wants every line item on sales order to either be set to Committed or Not Committed based on the available quantity.
Solution:
Checks the order quantity, available quantity and Commit status of line item. For Available Qty, line item is split into two line items; one with all committed items and another in which none of the items are committed.
