Problem:
Be able to toggle sales rep fields on a customer record to lock them down by disabling them.

Solution:
Create SuiteScript that checks the value of the Disable SFA Checkbox (a custom field with ID of 'custentity_disable_sfa') on the Customer record to disable the sales rep, territory, and sales rep phone fields automatically when selected.
